The terms under which this site and the Prevention Ledger are offered.
What this site is. This site is operated by Laurie Lane-Zucker. It describes a prevention-economics practice and offers an educational instrument, the Prevention Ledger, and related material for general information. Nothing on it is professional, financial, legal, engineering, or investment advice, and nothing on it constitutes an offer, an engagement, or a client relationship. An engagement exists only under a written agreement, which names the contracting party.
The instrument. The Prevention Ledger produces approximate, illustrative figures from published research and the numbers you enter. It makes no institution-specific recommendation; its outputs are properly read as ranges with stated context, never as guarantees; and no warranty of any kind is made regarding results or their application. You use it at your own judgment.
Illustrative models. Harbor City, Apex Corp, and Meridian Trust are fictional, built to illustrate a methodology. They are not clients, and nothing about them describes a delivered engagement or a result.
Figures and sources. Figures on this site follow The Impact Entrepreneur Breakthrough and its endnotes, and are cited to their sources. They may be corrected; the current text governs.
Content. The text, design, and instruments on this site are © 2026 Laurie Lane-Zucker. The frameworks are released for public use, and quotation with attribution is welcome. Reproducing the site or the instrument is not permitted.
